1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jiligo platform available at jiligo.org (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. jiligo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jiligo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jiligo, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jiligo or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory body.

jiligo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access jiligo's gaming services, you must create a single personal account. During registration you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify jiligo immediately at the contact details in Section 14 if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

jiligo permits only one (1) account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

jiligo reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at registration or at any subsequent point. You consent to jiligo processing your personal data for this purpose in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on jiligo are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiligo supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal processing: jiligo targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for standard withdrawals, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• Withdrawal eligibility: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Verification holds: jiligo may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending identity or source-of-funds verification. You agree to cooperate fully with any such review.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant account balances as permitted by applicable law.

jiligo does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jiligo may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• jiligo reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• jiligo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, technical error, or fraudulent activity.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on jiligo use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. jiligo will not reverse a completed game round except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. jiligo is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and may vary. These limits are displayed within the game interface.
• jiligo reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed after a game round has closed or bets resulting from a software error.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiligo platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (bonus abuse, chip dumping, or collusion).
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with games offered on jiligo.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jiligo's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiligo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jiligo account on your behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiligo Platform — including but not limited to the jiligo name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jiligo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiligo.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiligo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Platform.

jiligo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

jiligo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Cessation of jiligo's operations in whole or in part.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jiligo support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

11. Responsible Gaming

jiligo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

12. Privacy

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. jiligo processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be submitted to jiligo's customer support for informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any disputes.
